League Structure
Games are two 25-Minute halves, played on regulation 7v7 fields. Our touchline fields emphasize skill and prioritize the safety of our players. In addition, games use USSF licensed officials to ensure the highest quality of officiating in the area, all included with team registration!
Our Adult Leagues run for 8 weeks + Playoffs following the regular season. All games are 7v7, with no roster size limit. For coed competition, all teams must have two women on the field at all times. All teams will be required to wear the same color.
